Remote-first
Our team is fully distributed across multiple time zones. We design our processes around asynchronous collaboration so that no one is left out based on where they live.
Async communication
We write things down. Decisions are documented, context is shared in long-form, and meeting time is reserved for things that genuinely benefit from real-time conversation.
Ship fast
We believe in putting real things in front of real users quickly. Small, frequent iterations beat large, infrequent releases. We are comfortable with imperfect-but-working.
Build with purpose
Every feature we ship has a clear reason to exist. We say no to complexity and yes to quality. We build tools we would want to use ourselves — because we do.
